Official Dinner for 4 Giveaway Rules

1. Official Rules and Eligibility

  • Eligibility Requirements: To participate in the “Win Dinner for 4 for a Whole Year” giveaway, entrants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
    • Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
    • Residency Requirement: This giveaway is open only to residents of Erie County, New York.
  • How to Enter: Eligible participants can enter by:
    • Completing the entry form on our website at alibaba-kebab.com/free-dinner
    • Entering through our Messenger Promotions.
    • Please Note: Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
  • No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter or win this giveaway.

2. Prize Details

  • The winner will receive 52 vouchers, each redeemable for a “Dinner for 4” meal at our new West Seneca location (1100 Southwestern Blvd.) throughout 2025. Each voucher allows the winner to select from one of the following menu options:
    • Tandoori Pack
    • Kebab & Curry Combo
    • Curry Combo
    • Mixed Kebab Platter
    • Tray of Wings (30 pieces)
    • 1/2 Tray Alibaba Rice Box (your choice)
    • 4 Signature Wraps (your choice)
    • 8 Chicken Leg Quarters, Large Rice, 2 Naan, and Sauces
  • Terms and Conditions:
    • Vouchers are valid only for in-person orders at the West Seneca location. No phone or online orders.
    • Only one voucher can be redeemed per week, during the designated date range. No exceptions.
    • No substitutions to the menu items are allowed.
    • Some restrictions may apply.
    • No Cash Value: These vouchers may not be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent.

3. Duration and Drawing Date

  • Entries for the “Win Dinner for 4 for a Whole Year” giveaway will be accepted through November 30th at midnight. The winner will be drawn and announced live on our Facebook page on December 2nd. Prior to the drawing, we will send a reminder email to all participants with instructions on how to watch the live drawing and join in the excitement.

4. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize

  • The winner will be notified directly using the contact information provided with their entry. We will coordinate a time for the winner to collect their vouchers before the end of December 2024. The vouchers will be valid for each week of 2025, and the specified dates may not be changed. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

5. Terms and Conditions for Using the Prize

  • One Voucher Per Week: Only one voucher may be redeemed per week. Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the winner.
  • In-Person Orders Only: Vouchers are valid for in-person orders at the West Seneca location (1100 Southwestern Blvd.) and cannot be used for phone or online orders.
  • No Menu Substitutions: The winner must select items from the designated “Dinner for 4” menu options. No exceptions or substitutions are allowed.
  • Non-Transferrable and No Cash Value: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
  • Expiration Policy: Vouchers are valid only on the designated dates throughout 2025. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.
  • These limitations ensure a smooth experience for both the winner and restaurant staff. Enjoy your meals!

  • By entering the “Win Dinner for 4 for a Whole Year” giveaway, participants agree to provide their contact information, which will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and notifying the winner.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted. All participants agree to abide by the official rules and guidelines of this promotion. Alibaba Kebab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion in cases of fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances that compromise the integrity of the giveaway.
